High Impact Video for Conference Promotion

RESULTS was hosting an in-person conference with several hundred attendees. We needed a short video that inspired volunteers to register for the event.
I decided to use a popular trend on social media for the copy (“In your _____’s, you’ll be invited to _____. It’s important that you say yes.”) This launched the video to higher views in the first week than we’ve ever had for a video.
The Results
In the video’s first week, it reached 3,000 views combined on Instagram and YouTube, and conference registration went up by 10%.
Lessons Learned
Music is important. Songs should fit the mood and length of the video and amplify the message. If songs loop well in a short video, that increases views.
