Documenting Change for RESULTS

In fall of 2025, I designed our annual printed impact report for RESULTS’ development team to send to thousands of donors – a foldout booklet of 16 pages, chock full of content about the advocacy accomplishments of the past 45 years of RESULTS. To celebrate the history of the organization, we chose a timeline format. The team put together the copy, and I art directed and created the layout.
Results:
The organization exceeded the fundraising goal tied to this mailing, and the PDF version reached a highly engaged audience as well with over 1,000 views on the RESULTS website.
Lessons Learned:
Be careful about document version control! Managing draft versions was key on this project. There were many edits over the course of the production, and it was critical for success that we were organized with the document’s tracked changes.
